rate hike decision coming soon in September, inflation has been coming down, yet remains

sticky in certain key areas, including food and above the Fed's 2% target overall.

But consumers are still spending, despite higher borrowing costs from 11 rate hikes since March

of last year. Still, 8 in 10 rate the economy only fair or poor in a new Fox News poll,

and more than half say President Biden has made it worse. To add all of this up,
