I've got a problem. I hope you guys can help me with.

I think a mate of mine is really struggling. He hasn't hung out with us for a month or so now,

and he keeps ignoring my calls.

When he does a eventually message, he's pretty sure and he won't commit to any plans,

even if it's just the two of us.

His relationship ended about two months ago and I think he's taken it really hard, probably harder than expected.

I think he should look at accessing therapy if he can, but I can't do that if I can't even get a hold of him.

What should I do?
