Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich remains in a Russian prison after losing his appeal against the extension of his detention earlier this week. He will remain in prison ahead of his trial for espionage and is being held at the notorious Lefortovo Prison in Moscow where he now faces up to 20 years in jail.
