It's been on the market for like five days.

Okay, so how is it going?

Zach is not doing well.

What? I have not talked to you about this.

He, it was like, okay, so we put our house in the market last Thursday.

And Sunday, he was like, I'm going to be honest.

I don't know if I can do this. I was like, what?

He was like, we don't have multiple offers yet. We don't have like a ton of showings. And I was like, so it's day three. Yes. We're good. Yes. So, no, we've had some good interest in like open houses. But like, we also have more inventory on the market than we've had since 2008. Like, we have a lot of houses right now. People really are just holding the breath. Even like any

buyers I have right now, they're just like, no one's in a rush. Yeah. It's very much a election season.

It's very much a buyer's market. If you are a first time home buyer,

right now is your time to shine because I'm telling you, there are homes that are sitting

and there are like good deals to be had because of that we list our house, probably about

50,000 less than it's worth. More so because we have this other house under contract and

so we just want to sell it.

But it is it is a buyer's market right now because people are they're holding their breath

for the election. Inflation's up. They're kind of waiting to see what rates do. It's just this is

normally this is a very busy time and it's like everyone's just like on pause.
