| 0:00.0 | Hey guys it's Stephanie. I'm Trey. This is your extra dose of BS. |
| 0:14.5 | One of us, one of us did the entire book in one day. Yeah well you said the car a lot. |
| 0:21.7 | You know what? I don't care. No excuses. I even listened when I was cooking. I listened |
| 0:25.4 | when I was taking my sexy bath at night. I was listening. Travis heard some chapters because |
| 0:32.2 | he was with me not really wanting to listen but he was listening. |
| 0:36.3 | All right well this bonus episode is going to be the first half of the book because that's |
| 0:39.7 | all I've gotten through. So let's start kind of in the first five chapters that really |
| 0:45.5 | touched on her childhood. Yes. What did you think about all of that? So in the beginning |
| 0:52.1 | she talks about this is okay. So if you those of you who have done therapy I think part of what |
| 0:58.6 | you do in therapy which I thought was really really interesting to learn about her is you go back |
| 1:02.6 | to your childhood and then you remember and then you kind of learn how why your parents are the way |
| 1:08.6 | they are and a lot of times they do the best they have with the tools they're given and with the |
| 1:13.0 | people that raises them. Yes. And then you realize that they did the best with you with the tools |
| 1:18.6 | they're given and there's a lot of forgiveness that happens in therapy when it comes to |
| 1:22.0 | childhood and working things out. I thought her not even her childhood but I thought it was |
| 1:27.7 | interesting about like her grandma and you know that I guess she she had a grandmother that |
| 1:36.6 | ended up committing like ending her life. Yeah she had a lot of tragic endings with her grandparents. |
| 1:43.3 | Yes and she did that like at the grave of her grandmother did that on the grave of her childhood |
| 1:50.6 | past. I thought it was interesting with the alcoholism of the father how her mom and dad fought all |
| 1:57.9 | night and that's very traumatic. So I appreciated the fact that they added that in and I know a lot of |
| 2:03.8 | people probably don't that's not the juicy stuff to them but I think that that shows a lot of how |
| 2:08.6 | it's set the stage really well. It shows kind of why she is the way she is and I appreciate that |
