Okay yeah so I'm briny I'm an alcoholic but it's okay because I haven't had a

drink for like seven years or something and I am a writer and

mental health campaigner. I write about my own experiences so when I last came on I probably just run the

marathon in my underwear yes only my underwear to show their exercises for

everyone no matter what their shape or size is which is kind of something I'm really passionate about, because exercise has been transformative for my mental health.
