the public feed. I mean, 20-year-old me was bursting inside hearing about all these behind-the-scenes

secrets of the hills. So Jackie and I chatted with Brian Jolet, who was a cast member from season one.

And he goes into so many behind-the- scenes secrets from the shows, full-blown scenes

that were completely fake and how they went about filming them. And also a fun fact, Brian is friends

or was friends with Brian Abasolo and actually went to Brian and Rachel's engagement party.

So this is obviously was recorded before Rachel and Brian split. So just a heads up on

All right, guys, we have Brian Turley here from the season one of the Hills. And you guys know we are

big, big Hills fans. We're very excited to have you.

Well, thank you for having me. I appreciate it. So let's go back. How did they present the show to you?

Like when you were signing the papers to be Brian from the Hills, which is your official name.

Do you want to make your middle name from the Hills? It's one of the ongoing jokes in my life with all people that know me.

It's like everybody calls me Brian from the hills.

I said that should be my new last name from the hills.

But yeah, the way it happened was myself and Jordan were both.

We had just met in New York and became friends.

We were actors and we were on another show with MTV
