Anyway, on to today in which I am talking to Professor Claire McGlynn about her new book,

Exposed, The Rise of Extreme Porn and How We Fight Back.

Claire's a leading law professor based at Durham University and believes that widely available

extreme porn is normalising sexual violence. I'm not even sure believes is the right word to use

there because she certainly has the facts

to back it up. So that's what we're going to be talking about. And while I'm not generally one for

a trigger warning, let me just say, as you'll hear, this isn't a conversation I particularly

relished having. And watching this stuff is not something that Claire particularly wants to be spending her time doing.

But here we are.

This stuff needs talking about.

And Claire is doing an incredible job of raising awareness.
