Really quickly, I wanted to say that relatives are inherited, but families are created.

You can create family out of anyone and anything.

Your dog can be your family.

Your cat can be your family.

Your friend that you met two years ago who loves you and cherishes you and treats you with love and respect.

They can be considered your family.

And regardless, just because you're related to somebody that doesn't mean that you have to

rectify, try to suck up your pride just to make peace with them.

In reality, people are who they are, and the one thing you need to know in life is that you

have to accept people for who they are and make the initiative to separate

yourself if you have enough self-worth and self-respect.

It's Defts and Choice, and I finally wanted to get on my podcast and talk about something very personal.

So as you guys know, I made a lot of videos very personal to me many, many years ago where I talked about a lot of my ancient family members.

Now, even though I did face a lot of backlash throughout the years of people being like, oh, but it's your family.

And I did face a lot of controversy

because a lot of people connected with my stories and was like wow like I

appreciate you sharing this because I'm so close with my family and this makes me

appreciate my relatives even more and then there were some people who said to me

wow that's so crazy because I'm going through the same thing and throughout the

years people have reached out to me and showed me love and even other influencers have told me, wow, like I appreciate you sharing your stories about your family because I can relate. I have an uncle who ain't shit. I got cousins who ain't shit. My grandmother ain't shit. Or my mom was this and my dad was this. So I appreciate you sharing your stories. So there was a lot of great things that came about.
