We'll talk about that in a moment, but first, just to reflect on just the devastation

that has happened across six states in the wake of Hurricane Helene.

In terms of RV campgrounds, a number of them have been destroyed.

Many, many others have been severely damaged. Some are closed. There has been at least one death

reported. It's just been a terrible tale of devastation.

And this is, of course, in Florida, in Georgia, in the Carolinas, in Virginia.

Many of them, many of the parks are closed and electricity is out, trees are down,

they're cleaning up the mess, no idea when electricity

to be restored or when they can reopen. But what a mess. What a terrible mess.

Well, we are on location coming to you from Lob Lolly Ridge. And Lob Lolly Ridge, named after all those

Lob Lally Pines, is our RV property, five acres that we have in Middle Tennessee near the town of Linden.

And we're doing a lot of maintenance work. We're out here blowing and raking and trimming and trying to get this property looking like it's not abandoned land. Well, it has been abandoned
