Summary

Can you be terminated from your job for speaking the truth? That’s what happened to wife, mother, and former public school teacher Jessica Tapia while she was working in a Southern California district. "I had allegations put on me that the students crafted based off the Christian, conservative views they discovered that I hold—and they were outlandish," Jessica told Pastor Allen on this podcast. To keep her job, the district insisted she refer to students by their preferred pronouns, allow students to use bathrooms that aligned with their gender identity, and refrain from talking about her beliefs—at school and on social media. She knew following the district’s orders would mean denying her faith, so she refused to comply. Hear what happened when Tapia stood firm on the truth she knew and boldly upheld her biblical values—even when it came at a cost.
