You're going to. You know exercising I think is for the birds. I am so sore in my commitment to being more yielded to the Holy Spirit.

Boy, that sentence doesn't even sound right.

I've decided to reduce the size of my temple.

Because what do they say?

Your body is the temple of God?

My temple is a little big. All right, so I've been considering doing this for a while.

I live in a coastal town, and which means that we have the big blue wet thing not too far from our house, otherwise

known as the Pacific Ocean.

And it's wonderful because the big blue wet thing does a really great job of keeping the

temperature in my town not so hot.

I mean if you go inland in Southern California during August and September, you got temperatures

in the 90s and the hundreds well in my little coastal town

you know you know it's a bad day if the temperature gets to like 80 81 you know

everyone begins to complain bitterly about things.

And so for years I've been watching people, you know, they have little boats that they put on their on the ruse of their

cars and they're called kayaks and it looks so fun and so neat and so I

decided I'd get a kayak and And I love this little thing. It's cool. And so I've been kayaking in the ocean.

And my arms and everything in my trunk of my body, you know, my chest and my abs and

everything is on fire right now. And I just got this kayak and of course you know if you're going to do something

you got to overdo it. I've owned this thing less than 24 hours and I've already

been out on the water twice. Can you believe that?
