0:48.4	to risk themselves for the greater good, with pretty dire consequences if they decide not to. Let's take a look.
0:57.4	Before we get into the description, 7776 actually has a lengthy set of containment procedures,
1:04.2	as well as a set of archived procedures that are now obsolete. The obsolete ones are fairly typical, although it states that no more
1:12.7	than 200 individuals may be aware of the existence of 7776 at any given time. A vast majority
1:20.7	of those affected by it have taken residence in a village, which has been isolated as a quarantine
1:26.6	zone, as well as being the location of Site 93.
1:30.3	Site 93 is dedicated to studying and containing the anomaly, and no ritual activity is to be performed in association with 7776
1:40.3	without explicit permission from the site director.
1:44.5	Ritual activity is to be conducted on an as-needed basis.
1:49.2	Personnel who approach Site 93 or request visitation are to be detained and undergo interrogation,
1:56.0	and any personnel determined to be affected by 7776 may be subject to execution.

2:07.6	The new containment procedures state that Site 93 is to act as a largely independent facility,
2:13.6	with minimal oversight and contact with the greater foundation.
