0:09.0	One thing that's been more and more of a recent trend in SCP articles is the ever-growing problem of more and more anomalies within the SCP universe.
0:27.2	Plenty of documents point to an in-universe increase in the rate of new anomalies popping up,
0:30.3	and that means more work for the foundation to handle.
0:36.4	One part of that work is anomalous waste, with the volume of it ever increasing, to the point that in SCP-7243, it's becoming too much for the foundation to handle conventionally.
0:45.0	Enter Dugold Deering, who, along with his dead brother's wife and a handful of other key personnel, managed to make a marvelous machine capable of erasing waste before it can even
0:56.8	exist in the first place.
0:59.7	What seemed like initially a miracle cure to their waste problem eventually became a disaster
1:05.8	as it failed to function properly, causing a massive buildup of waste worldwide before catastrophically
1:12.8	failing and being shut down.
1:15.9	While the engine suddenly no longer being functional is enough of a problem for the foundation,
1:20.6	it's really just the start of their issues, as time doesn't always play nice.

1:38.7	The first two documents discuss Nexus 7243 and are provisional documents which have experienced significant corruption.

1:55.0	and a bunch of other info has been crossed out, such as nexus 7243 being a hypothesized region of physical space.
2:04.3	It states that Nexus 7243 is a designation which was created to facilitate communication,

2:15.0	This intended usage is inhibited by an effect, and although they don't state what the
2:20.6	effect is, they rule out a number of possibilities. This includes lesser or greater antimimetic
2:27.8	effects, cognito and narrativeo hazards, miscellaneous chronological shifts, extra noosphereism, and antokinesis.
