SCP 5392, The Voyage of the Tachyon Express, Part 2.

Space is, very famously, said to be the final frontier, an expanse filled with strange

new worlds, new life, and new civilizations, where no

one has gone before.

In the timeline taking place within SCP 5392, no one, not even the SCP-53 Foundation,

has found a way to quickly traverse the great vastness of space.

That is, until a simple, eccentric man named Albert Maple came along, and managed to

launch himself into space in his own Faster Than Light spaceship.

Now, all of the major organizations and governments of the world have their eyes set on Albert,

and more importantly, his technology, with the SCP Foundation trying to keep everything together

and the tech out of anyone else's hands.

With that, we continue on through the second half of the article, as Albert thinks about

the best course of action for both himself and the Takion Express.

We pick up where we left off, just after someone launched a missile at the Takion Express.

The GOC intercepted it, and the resulting explosion injured Albert and caused him to fire

up his ship and disappear.

Albert and the ship were quickly found afterwards, as he went back to his original destination

in Earth's orbit, although the satellite he had been using to communicate

was now too far away to use.

Instead, a Foundation satellite was redirected for a rendezvous course.

Later that day, the Foundation's Department of Public Outreach sent an email to the 05s, Site 26 Director Nate Ferris,

and the GOC Relations Office, updating everyone on the situation.
