SCP 3333 The Tower

0:05.9

SCP 3333 is located near one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world, potentially capable of wiping out tens of thousands of people.

0:18.0

This certainly ranks it among some of the greatest threats in the natural world,

0:21.5

and yet it pales in comparison to thousands of different anomalies in the SCP universe.

0:27.8

Well, 3333 probably isn't capable of the same type of destruction as an active volcano. It is an

0:34.8

insidious and terrifying horror.

0:42.6

It also has a few exploration logs, so there's plenty of fun to be had.

0:52.2

SCP 3333 is an anomaly located within the Suntop Fire Lookout in the Mount Baker-Snowqualmie National Forest in the state of Washington.

0:55.4

On the ceiling of the lookout is a trapdoor that leads upwards into an identical copy of the lookout,

1:01.3

which also contains another trapdoor on the ceiling.

1:05.1

These successive lookouts continue upwards, and we'll get to the exploration logs in a minute,

1:12.5

but once passing through the first trapdoor, the view of the surrounding area changes. The topology is identical to the normal

1:19.3

area, but no plant, animal, or human life has been observed. Climbing higher physically extends the

1:27.0

lookout as well, along with the stairs alongside the lookout,

1:30.3

which always lead down to the ground.

1:33.3

3333 was first discovered after the lookout was being restored following volcanic activity near Mount Rainier.

1:41.3

The trap door was found padlocked, with no key found, so it was forced open by the foundation.

1:48.0

Thus begins our first exploration log, with a D-class being supervised by a Dr. Williams.

1:56.0

Upon initially entering the anomaly on the second floor at the lookout, the D-Class remarks

2:01.1

that it's empty, but continues to climb upwards for an hour. Williams instructs him at this

2:07.1

point to try the door and go outside. Upon opening the door, a strong wind blasts through

2:13.5

into the lookout, throwing the D-Class backwards. After a short struggle, the D-Class manages to close the door, and is advised by Williams to stay inside for now.
