Rarely do I give much consideration to the rocks beneath my feet. But today, I think I'm in for a treat and this may all be

about to change because I'm meeting Louisa Henry who's better known as the Scottish geologist

on social media and she makes numerous videos all about the geology of Scotland.

She asked me to meet her at East Sands Beach in St Andrews.

And the first thing I asked her was, well, why here?
