In this interaction that takes place between a person and a robot,

the person is a person is a critical determining factor into how that interaction is going to work,

just like with your computer.

You know, if you have a very low frustration tolerance, for example, computers are going to drive you crazy.

Because computers, as we talked about a little bit even just

before we started recording computers are always going to behave in

confounding ways they're always going to do something that you didn't expect, that you didn't want,

and they will do something.

Now, if I allow my low frustration tolerance to guide my interactions with my

behavior with my with my with my computer that's not going to be a good

relationship with my computer it's going to be a good relationship with my computer.

It's going to be a terrible relationship with my computer.

Software isn't going to work.

We all know people who can't get things to work on their computer and the computer is there to work just fine.
