Today on Exploring the Prophetic, Shawn Bolz interviews Heather O’Brien. The mission of Heather O’Brien Training & Equipping Ministries is to see people as God created them and help them and to love the people God places in their lives with no agenda. She is an author and has a podcast called “The Power of Four” with training videos on YouTube as well. Tune in as Shawn and Heather discuss her many struggles in life including addictions, depression and being overweight and how the Lord taught her how to steward her emotions, physical body, spiritual life as well as finances and relationships. Heather is now equipped to teach people how to hear from God for themselves and shares the tool’s she’s learned for others to see breakthrough in their own lives.

0:44.8	we have someone on who's a listener just like you and man she has some great stories of just how
0:51.1	God apprehended her and I love those before and after moments when you learn how to hear from God
0:56.2	and your life's totally different than before you understood those connections of how to really
1:01.2	that you're wired to hear you're wired to walk a supernatural life and Heather just exudes that.
1:06.2	She gives that away to people. She's a minister and she teaches people how to live really
1:11.6	an abundant life and she came out of a season as a Christian for many decades of being extremely
1:18.0	overweight and having a job she didn't love and having some depression in her life and all these
1:23.5	things and when she starts to hear from God with a woman who is mentoring her she starts to go on a
1:27.8	very different journey where God gave her keys over her weight over depression and different
1:33.2	areas that I know those keys are for you today. She tells her story it's going to unlock some of you
1:36.8	and you're going to go oh this is that that I've been praying for. This is what I've been praying for
1:40.5	a strategy I've been praying for like how do I process this with you God how do I process this
1:45.0	maybe an area of weakness or maybe an area of where I I don't feel like I hear from you and so
