So why don't we just jump right in and share with the audience a little bit.

I'm a big fan of breathwork.

I've done breath work before, but I'm sure most of the audience has no idea what we're talking about.

So can you kind of give a little bit of overview and then we'll take it from there?

Yeah, absolutely. So, I mean, breathwork is a pretty broad term. It's basically the yoga of breath. It's using your breath and connecting with your breath for different purposes.

And just like there's intense yoga and relaxed yoga and energizing yoga and go to sleep yoga,

there are all kinds of different breathing techniques. There's breathing techniques to energize.

There's breathing techniques to really fire up your

autonomic nervous system so that you can walk in your underwear in the snow with no problem.

That's like Wim Hof, right? Yeah, that's like a Wim Hof method. Then there's the kind of

breathwork, which I love, which activates your parasympathetic

So we have two completely separate nervous systems.
