about him. Oh, George Van Vlietz, a real estate developer. He's been a believer for a long

time. He's married. He's got two adult kids. I think the listeners are going to love him.

You know what's interesting is when I first started investing, I was mentored by David

Dryling. I love. And he was mentoring me and purchasing units. And I was actually, I

was a unit on ride seven units at one point. And it was a really interesting period of my

life. Now it was not my thing. Like I didn't love having units and managing, especially

with like they were lower income, managing people and like rental situation section eight,

he loved it and had lots of units. But it was something I cut my teeth on with God and

with investing. I think investing is very interesting. Either you love it or you don't.

I mean, you and I both have interesting real estate stories into the houses. We're both

living in. Yeah. And so I think the listeners are going to love listening to George talk

about how he cut his teeth. I mean, like we'll give a little preview. He used to be a poker

player. And that was so wild that he was a professional poker player. That was why he did

with life. And they get saved. Yep. And he got saved. And then God turned into this real estate

empire. And his story is so unique. And I think I think it's going to be really fun interview.
