I'm Bob Hassan and I'm with my friend Sean Bowles.

I'm so glad to be here and today we have one of your friends, which is West Codus.

And I want to tell you a little bit about him because we're going to be talking about

financial management today in wealth building, which I think is such a cool thing that that's

a role you can play for other people. But he is the founder and the CEO of Codus,

wealth professionals, and he brings 22 years of financial planning and investment management

experience to the farm. He's also acting as a senior portfolio manager and senior wealth

advisor, West is intricately involved in the day-to-day business, managing investments,

models, and conducting research, utilizing a highly disciplined rule-based process.

And before this, he worked with his wife, or before this him and his wife planted this,

Sarah planted this. He's spent over a decade and two major investment firms receiving

many awards for his tenure there. So, I mean, his bio goes on and on. It's amazing.

The contribution locally to his community that he's made. He's one of the board of many

organizations, many charities. He's awesome and I love that you're introducing him to

me. I get to meet him for the first time today because this is the kind of guy we want

to talk to you. Like, what is he seeing in the wealth building world?
