I'm going to start by explaining what our entrepreneur cohort is.

It is a customized and virtual eight-week experience that provides an opportunity

And on that point on investors, I want to spend a couple of minutes on the venture space and

venture capital investment, particularly for teams who identify as women, black, Latinx or other diverse populations.

Companies led by diverse management teams leverage a range of perspectives to better compete in a global economy.

We see this in the data. Companies in the top quartile for ethnic diversity are 33% more likely to have industry leading profitability and those in the top

quartile for gender diversity are 21% more likely to outperform and on the

fund side diverse-owned funds are overrepresented in the top quartile of private equity funds. The statistics speak for themselves.
