Summary

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and sacred path that is seen as a way to connect with nature and all aspects of creation. It is one of the oldest healing modalities, dating back 30,000 years.
Through entering an altered state of consciousness, those working with shamanic practices are about to connect with the spirit world in order to gather information, work with healing energies, bring through messages and guide others to find a deeper understanding of their truest self.
