Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

My name is Luke Guerrero and it is Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, which means we're halfway

through the week, we're almost halfway through the month and almost halfway through the third quarter

of 2024.

And what an exciting quarter it's been,

what an exciting month it's been,

you certainly cannot say

that what is going on in the world is boring.

And all of these things tend to have an effect on how the assets we hold within our portfolios perform.

We need to pay attention to what's going on, what's going on in the macro environment,
