One of my favorite topics and one of yours, of course, is music. And I'd been reading some research about live music versus recorded music. And of course, this is summertime. We're really trying to talk about having a great summer of fun. And it's the time for festivals. So before we talk about the importance of being able to enjoy a music festival, I wanted to talk, get some input from you on how live music overall influences our brain chemistry and helps our emotional well-being.

Yeah, such a rich and fascinating topic. So first of all, where I start with this is one of the most amazing things I read, and this is your brain on music, is that music literally plays your brain.
