This week we're going to immerse you in the science of the sea,

and specifically in endangered marine species

how we can conserve them and a jellyfish explosion off the coast of Africa.

No, we're not talking a jellyfish that literally exploded, it's a population explosion.

And here to help us with that this evening is from the University of St Andrews Dr.

Chris Lionham, hi Chris, thank you for coming in.

Dan Lefoli who's head of the marine conservation at English nature.

And joining us later on the phone we'll be talking to Dr Bruce Wright

who's from the Conservation Institute in Alaska and Bruce has been working on sharks

amongst other things and he'll be telling us about his work up there in the frozen north.
