You know, that for all of our students should be old news, but what really I find very

fascinating is so many of you

are still operating under the pretense that the market still sucks. Well, if the market still

sucks, it still sucks for you, or you're trying to be successful selling real estate in a sucky

market. It's possible, and it's likely that if you're not experiencing a full-blown real estate recovery,

if you're not feeling like you're at the very beginning stages of a real estate boom,

it's because either you're not operating as if there were, as if this was this new real estate boom and or,

you're in a market that basically is not

recovering or may not ever recover.
