I think this is good advice for parents in general.

It's maybe more important with homeschooling because you're all kind of in one place together all the time.

So you feel less of a need to like go get the kids and take them and go do a thing.

But I think this is really important.

And we try to make sure that we do some of this with our grandchildren as well.
