As you might imagine, I'll probably have some things to add to that one myself.

And then Dr. Ken Berry has a segment for you on the things you absolutely need to be doing

if you're taking statin drugs.

I think this one's really important.

I know with an audience my size, there are many of you just by the numbers, just by the

aggregate average, that are taking statins.

And sometimes maybe you really are stuck taking them at least for a time, you need to be

doing it.

There's some other things that you need to be doing to protect your health, because statins

do a variety of things to us, and so Ken has a great segment on that.
