twenty twenty five six days in uh i have been down pretty hard with the flu. You've heard from me, but not with new episodes.

Rewinds and flashbacks and things like that. Day is an easy day because it's an expert council

show, which means the council does most of the heavy lifting. I'll do my best for you today. I'm still

in recovery mode. I'll tell you that the flu this year's no joke. I never felt like oh my god i got a little hospital or any crap like that

you know oh i'm going to die or whatever what got me this this flu and i i really don't think the flu

very often i i've mentioned you know having the flu in the past i'm talking about being a kid i

had the last time i had the flu was in 1996 and it was the year I got a flu shot because

hey it's free and you're a contractor at Lockheed so just walk down the clinic and get one and

yeah okay that makes sense and then boom I got hit with it bad I'm not going to say this is

as harsh as dad flu was back in 96.

What I'm going to say, and my wife said the same thing about it.

There was something about it that just sacked your energy.

It made you feel weak.

By yesterday, the main flu symptoms were mostly gone.
