You don't have to think. Well, hi folks, this is Jack Spirko with another edition of the survival

podcast. There's always one man's view of the survival podcast.

There's always one man's view of the changing world, the changing times,

and the things we can all do to live a better life.

Times get tough or even if they don't.

Today's Thursday, September the 19th, 2024, and we are up to episode 3,561 of the survival

podcast.

Every once in a while, things just kind of hit you. For some of you guys that really have been around since like the Jettidays and if you don't know what they are,

that ask somebody in the community, they'll tell you. But that means you were around in like 08-09 timeline.

And I have a question for those of you who have been so damn good to me

that you've been with me that long. Back in those days did you ever

think I would get on the air and say we're up to episode 3,500 and anything

because I'm not sure that I did. I really believed in this race from the beginning or there's no way I could have built it.

It was different at the time. There were some definite advantages to being early into the podcast game but you know you're talking about a time where you're trying to build a show that can provide an income for you and when somebody asks you but what do you do and you said I'm a podcaster the next question out of their mouth was

generally probably 80 to 90 percent of the time what's a podcast so thank you to all of you

who have helped me build the show over the years including those of you that don't

go back that far.
