Have you ever heard anyone say that they wish they could be a fly on the wall of a room?

This saying usually means that they wish they could have been in a room to hear a conversation or see what was going on.

I used this saying one time when my first book was being considered by a

publishing company to see whether or not they wanted to publish the book. And I knew the team at the

publishing company was having a meeting to discuss my book and I wished that I could have been a fly on

the wall so I could hear what they were saying and deciding. Well, have you ever thought about been a fly on the wall so I could hear what they were saying and

deciding. Well, have you ever thought about being a fly on the wall in the temple when Jesus

taught? Or maybe being a sheep in the pasture when the angels appeared to the shepherds to announce

that Jesus had been born? Or maybe a squirrel in a tree watching Jesus raise Lazarus from the dead.

It's very interesting to think about creatures that could have been around as Jesus was born

and raised and lived on earth. Today we are meeting a man who creatively imagines the creatures

that might have been at those

events and witness them and writes them into fun stories carrying biblical truth.

In the Redemption Tales series, author and pastor Marty McCowski writes fictional or made-up

stories of creatures being at these amazing events throughout the Bible.
