Carlos shared his impressive journey of completing the six world major marathons, which include Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York, each spanning 26.2 miles. His dedication to running marathons began as a way to manage stress and align his mind, body, and spirit, especially after he ventured into entrepreneurship.

Carlos emphasized the importance of pushing through mental and physical barriers, a concept he applies both in his athletic pursuits and business endeavors. He shared how his journey in entrepreneurship started with a swimming and safety company, which he built from a hobby into a full-fledged business. Despite facing significant challenges, including being evicted and living out of his car, Carlos persevered and learned valuable lessons about managing stress and maintaining consistency.
