I am so excited to have Derek and Tiffany share a potta with us, just to give you a quick background.

Tiffany, she is from Chicago and has played many different roles on her own from getting a BS degree in biology, that is a bachelor's in science. She also managed a health club. She moved in a pharmaceutical sales,

didn't feel like the morality quite matched up. And so it really was in a discovery for what

she was really here for. And ultimately, when she got together with Derek, they created a

family business, which is Papa Locke, Locksmiths with a heart. And her partner, Derek, also playing

many roles before meeting Tiffany, is from Wisconsin. He got his bachelor's degree in industrial

management, managed best buys, even sold

forklifts. And what I love about their story is not only the personal development, but once they

got together, creating this partnership, that's when things really got exciting for them,

creating a family business and so much more. That's why they're in business together, Papa Locke, Locksmiths with a heart.
