House Ethics Committee opening a probe into sexual assault allegations against Eric Swarwell,

along with everything else Congress is contending with now that they're back in session. Yeah, they've got a big

agenda of probably accomplishing nothing. And so the usual then. The usual, uh, when,

when Republicans are, are in control. Yeah. And we have a federal judge dismissing the lawsuit

brought by five proud boys, but kind of on a technicality.

They can probably refile that.

We'll go over that.

But a different federal judge has dismissed Trump's lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal.

Remember is $10 billion lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch and the Wall Street Journal.

That's out.
