Hello and welcome back to the podcast, Matthew.

Mary.

It is your one year return.

And it's your one year since being in the States.

Yeah.

And I think this is your second time on the podcast ever. I think

the United States exit interview was your first time. That was my debut. Yeah, your debut. And then this

is the follow-up one year later. I think I'm equally as nervous. It's the last time. I think you'd get

more comfortable with it, but I don't know. At least we're alone in the studio this time. Last time there was a sound

engineer and I feel like you kept looking over to him like not wanting to speak because there was a

strange guy there. I don't know if that was the case or I was just, my eyes were just focusing on

almost anything other than am I doing something wrong here? No, I'm telling you to bring the mic

closer to your face. You can just. it honestly so close to my face now it feels

like blurry feels like something's you know moving towards me just keep it you see how far it is away from me

i feel like this is much closer but maybe it's not i think a little closer you can move it forward okay

does this look right now that's okay okay you have you have to understand like you're talking to an old pro here.
