| 1:54.5 | instead of expecting a friend to show up the way that I hope that they will, |
| 1:59.5 | inviting them to, both energetically and certainly via communication. |
| 2:07.0 | And what I've learned through this experiment is that I've lowered my stress levels significantly just by witnessing and becoming aware of my language, |
| 2:20.0 | becoming aware of the mental chatter more than anything. |
| 2:25.0 | I practice loving kindness as much as I possibly can and have learned quite a bit |
| 2:32.0 | from witnessing my own behaviors. |
