1:12.3	we were chatting a little bit before we hit the record button. We're like, what are we even going
1:16.2	to talk about today? It feels like we're in a holding pattern. And we are in a lot of things. We're
1:22.3	in a holding pattern with a Manhattan District Attorney holding pattern with the 16th committee. We're
1:27.2	in a holding pattern with the Department of Justice. What they're doing, nobody knows. And then of
1:32.5	course, we're in a holding pattern with Tom Barrick. And there's a lot of things that we can go over
1:37.4	today. And I just sort of wanted to kick it off with talking about, because last week on the show,
1:41.7	I talked to Frank Fagluzzi and I've talked to several experts about the January 6th commission,
1:45.8	the committee select committee on the insurrection. And we've got this subpoena battle. And it feels
1:52.6	like everyone on social media is getting into the weeds about three days. When's the vote? How's
1:57.6	what's the process? And no one seems to, you know, well, it's seemingly hard to look back, draw
2:05.2	yourself out to a 50,000 foot view and be like, what even happens when Steve Bannon gets there if
2:10.3	Steve Bannon gets there? And I, you know, I frankly think this is just an exercise to show we have
2:16.8	that, you know, congressional subpoenas have teeth. And, you know, Frank and I talked a little bit
