And, like, I'll tell you all right now, if it wasn't for Tane today, there probably wasn't going to be another an episode this week. Seriously, I couldn't do it last

week. This week I was like, I need to get someone because the solo episodes right now are just

like not happening because you know I've been like not really on social media the way that I

used to be except for TikTok. I'm over there because it's like I don't My algorithm, the for you page is like perfect. It's nothing but silly shit. And I just laugh and laugh over there. And I need that. But like I get on Instagram because in order to do an episode, I need to know some things that are going on, right? And I don't really know where else I would get that information.

So I have to get on Instagram.

And then I see something just like terrifying, scary, sad, whatever. And then I'm like, okay, I have to get off of here. And then it's like, fucking me up for a few days. And then I'm like, and then it's just a cycle. but it's like if I don't get on there, what am I going to talk about when the shows are shit?

You know what I mean?

So then I get like, what the fuck am I supposed to do? I'm supposed to do. Yeah. I mean, like I tell you all the time, I'm so envious. Every time I see that you're not on social media, I'm like, I wish I could. I cannot. So, well, you know, it's not by choice. I think my brain just won't allow me right now. It's like, oh, girl, no, there's too much up here.
