Or perhaps I should say that we can have control. We can have control over how we show up as long as we

don't let our subconscious run on autopilot.

Today, I'm going to be demonstrating how expansive listening can transform your coaching

conversations and really how it can transform your life.

Because the way we listen is the key to unlocking possibilities and connection, which are two things

that we desperately need more of these days. By the end of this episode, you're going to have

a greater clarity around what happens when you operate from a default listening tendency,

which might be to fix it or for connection, and then see what

happens when you operate from an expansive listening way of being.

And by the end of this episode, you'll know some next steps to take if you recognize your need or
