the most sense, in quote, in reference to a 24-team format.

Quarterback competition, kind of re-changing his coaching staff on the defense side of the football,

going and getting Jim Knowles and Derek Owings, defensive coordinator, strength coach, and how those guys were hand-picked to try to increase the physicality and the toughness of the Tennessee football team.
