facilitator, herbalist, and writer whose work creates space for healing through expanded

states of consciousness. Jenny and I are both going to be sharing some of our

practices to access expanded states and I'll be talking with her about her journey

through trauma, healing, and her work in the world. As an

astrologer I have to say I'm pretty pleased we got to record and

release this episode during Pisces season because Pisces is the sign that

rules expanded states of consciousness and psychedelic experiences.

It feels like a really good day to be doing this talk because so yesterday was the

inferior conjunction of Mercury with the sun and the Sun is in Pisces right now.

And the inferior conjunction is the time in the Mercury retrograde when Mercury

appears to catch up with the Sun and a lot of people write about it as the beginning of what's called

the permethian phase of mercury like Prometheus is the dude that stole fire from the gods and this kind of like you know insight
