Ugh, God, what a week.

Yeah, it's still Halloween time, technically.

And I know there's like so many, so many way more important things than Halloween to focus on but

you know this podcast for me is a little bit of a break from the craziness in the

world and I hope I can provide that to you as well

But are you wearing a mask? Are you washing your hands? It is still Halloween and I think it's a good thing to take our minds off of politics and a

pandemic and even if it's just for like an hour and then you go back to fight in

the good fight I I just cannot, I'm reading the news way too much and I know that that will make me go crazy.
