0:38.7	Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit where James Huntsman will be arguing the merits of his case
0:48.4	suing the Mormon Church for fraud. Now this is a this is a crazy week in Mormon stories history
0:59.7	because there was another hearing on Monday that we covered where in Denver there was a hearing
1:07.5	reviewing the credibility of the Gaddy case where the Mormon Church is being sued for history fraud and today we're
1:16.2	going to be again talking about the Huntsman case which is a totally different type of
1:20.7	fraud because I don't know my backside from a legal book we have with us today
