Why do I have to go through a trial?

Why can I just go from mountain top to mountain top in the Christian life?

Pastor Greg Laurie points out that tough times of life are a valuable schoolmaster.

Throughout them, our faith doesn't toughen up and solidify.

We learn things in deserts and valleys and times of trial that we do not learn anywhere

else.

Here's a way I look at it.

Better to be in a valley or a desert with Jesus and anywhere else without it.

This is the day when the lost are found.

This is the day for a moment again.

Amazing grace, that's we can still.

Again, you can't only achieve a senior.

Getting everything we want, success, money, respect would be an amazing way to live, right?

Well, look at celebrities who have success in money and respect and look at how often

they suffer from depression and addictions and sometimes die quite young.

Maybe many people want the wrong things.
