0:55.2	I want to welcome everyone to the program.
1:00.6	So spring has officially arrived, which means a lot of things.
1:04.3	First, you know, increasing temperatures, at least here in the Midwest.
1:10.1	I know many of you live in more temperate realms such as the the southeastern United States and the southwestern United States and other coastal regions where perhaps it has already been warm or maybe warm most of the year.
1:22.2	But hey, here in the Midwest, in Ohio at least, we get excited when spring gets here and we start seeing temperatures in the 50s
1:29.7	instead of the 20s. It also means that trees and flowers will be blooming pretty soon,
1:35.9	and that equates to increase pollen in the air. And of course, then it's that time of the year
1:41.1	when many student athletes are heading outside with
1:44.5	outdoor activities running up track and field softball baseball across rowing tennis and then of
1:50.9	course just other outdoor activities you know you may be bicycling maybe not swimming quite
1:55.7	yet at least here in the in the Midwest or the East Coast but but soon, soon it'll be warm enough that will be out swimming.
