Hi, I'm Dave. Yesterday I just barely got across 20,000 steps.

That is my goal each day.

it's sometimes a goal that I don't hit. Sometimes it's a

goal that I go well past. And then there was that one day last week where I finished with

that would have taken all of five seconds to get anyhow yesterday just over 20,000 steps and

yesterday for me was a bit more challenging because

now, as you know, I work full-time, but I work from home. So I have a great deal of

flexibility in when I work, how I work. And I'm usually not sitting for long periods of time. I'll sit for a bit. Do some work and

then I'll get up and I'll move around. Sometimes if the weather is nice, I'll take a walk at

lunchtime. Sometimes, like a couple of days ago, because I do a podcast for the radio station.

That's one of my responsibilities and I had put it together and I wanted to hear it.

So I strapped on my headset and went for a walk to listen to the podcast.
