Summary

What's the most common excuse for not exercising? I don't have the time! Well, we're about to show you that you DO have time. Not only do you have time, but there are more options than you know to exercise with just your bodyweight or in your backyard. Opportunity is knocking, as always!


LESSONS:

You can train in your backyard, in your house or just take a simple 10 minute walk. You don't need to travel to the gym.
Pick 1 exercise a day. 1 exercise is 100% more than zero.
You can do 1 exercise for 1 set in the morning and again at night, now you're 200% ahead of doing nothing.
Action always beats inaction!

We don't need the gym membership. You don't even have to leave your house. And in today's hectic world of hustle and bustle, the common excuse is I don't have the time. But as you could see I was just doing some picnic table military presses and I

started doing this kind of stuff when I stopped joining a gym. I was teaching full-time, coaching wrestling, going to graduate school, and the

gym that I was training at was just out of the way. So I said that's it. I got to figure

So you could exercise anywhere. You've got calisthenics. We've got burpies of course if you're a Spartan and you are a Spartan we all know about burpies
