Hello, darling. How are you? We've got a ton of gossip today. We've been doing really well this week, not just in the numbers, but breaking news.

I think we've pretty much owned the Kim Kardashian story.

A lot of our, a lot of our sources and stories are getting picked up all over the place. I see

It is, Corey. It's tea time. So it looks like Ryan Seacrest has already found the replacement for Kim Kardashian.

It's Kelly Ripper's daughter.

Ryan Seacrest, just to remind everybody, he's the man that discovered the Kardashians. He's the creator

of the show, the executive producer of the show. He turned up at a barbecue Chris Jenner was having

many years ago, over a decade ago, with a camera, and he recorded the family long before

would ever really heard of them.

So he had this footage and he thought it was just so magical that he sent it to E or took it

into E.

He can get a meeting.

We'd have to send it.

We'd have to email it.

But Ryan got a meeting.

They loved it and the rest is history.

Well, now he thinks he has struck gold again.
